I was running for the 271 in Clarence St last Monday at 220pm the driver was just pulling out but saw my arm out and stopped and waited for me to get on the bus, his name is Stuart, a real gentleman and a great asset to Forest Coach Lines.

Very unreliable timetable. Frustratingly, even more so during morning peaks. Buses are almost cancelled or delayed on a daily occurrence. They will to fix things and the government needs to step in at this point. People need to get to work and there are no alternatively transport system.

I’ve been waiting at the bus stop to get to school for 20 minutes and none of the buses are showing up. The 280 didn’t turn up then the next one was cancelled then the next one is 10 minutes late. Fix your buses.

Would’ve given 0 stars if it was possible, worst place to work at it used to be good about a year ago.Depot manager and shift manager are the worst too much favouritism.Depot manager sits in his office and never comes out to check on drivers and their needsShift manager currently is a nasty old hag. So rude to drivers.Management need to take some action.

I checked with a fellow traveller if the 271 bus went to Terrey Hills. They said it did, so I boarded only to find out the bus route ends at Austlink! We arrived back at the depo, and the driver was brilliant, the rain was teaming down, so he said to wait on the bus until he got the other one ready to go and he then dropped me at Booralie Road stop. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but a massive thank you to driver GQ2941

Can not go by the timetable. Not a reliable service. Not only did one bus not turn up “193” also “141” did not turn up. Waiting over 40 minutes for a bus on a Wednesday morning is no where near satisfactory. If you can avoid using Forest Coach Lines you may arrive actually to work on time

The bus drivers from Forest/CDC are always nice and courteous but waiting at the first stop in the route for the 270 with 5 other people waiting to catch the same bus only for it to never arrive. Not reported late, just no tracking.If I could rate the drivers themselves seperately to the company this would be a very different review as the drivers have my highest respect but the company has the polar opposite.
