Thank you to Theodore for his prompt service and attention at a most difficult time for our family. The ease with which everything was planned and sorted so promptly was a great relief for us and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you also to Gary, who assisted Theodore on the day of the funeral.

Losing your 2nd, and therefore last Parent is one of Life's most difficult moments.., to say the very least!Having someone attend to the formalities usually allows the bereaved to do just that.., grieve, while the other matters are handled.What may have started well with Theodore, unfortunately had a different Middle ground (Funeral Service) and Final outcome (Monument), and left me, along with my Family feeling empty, disappointed and somewhat annihilated.., emotionally.Having attended a friend's Dad's funeral exactly the week prior to my Mum's at the exact same church and having been able to wish the bereaved condolences inside the church, was beautiful.Fast forward a Week later, same church.., we were asked to move outside, causing chaos, we were All scattered, Not knowing who was there, people wanting to pay their respects and missing out etc. etc. Really not ideal and extremely frustrating.There were No Covid lockdowns or the like to warrant such an action, and therefore completely unnecessary; and to top it off, the Funeral location for the Cemetery was announced verbally and the resultant outcome? Many came, tried to find us and failed. So disappointing!But this.., was the Middle ground of events, and the most frustrating part was the very end at Monument stage.I had tragically lost my Dad 20 years ago, and those who had made the Monument had incorrectly engraved his Greek Name in stone. While Not so obvious to many, my Mum, may she (and Dad) rest in peace, never saw to seeing these idiots fix their mistake and therefore it has remained ever since.Given that the Monument was already engraved with Dad's passing on one half, when Mum passed away, it was an opportunity to see this blemish rectified; something that has been eating away at me for Twenty Years, and especially now that we were going to do Mum's, thus, making it known to Theo at the very outset, to which he acknowledged.Thousands paid, Account settled and the outcome ?Nothing.It was as though I had Not mentioned anything.Post fact.., Theo suggested to do a veneer at an additional cost of $920.Why would you not suggest this prior, given that I had Paid to do the Monument ?!Doing a veneer now, would mean a double up of Mum's details. It made No sense.Inevitably, to bring closure to myself, my Family and my Parents, I said.., please proceed".I waited and waited and had to chase Theo

When a family is going through one of life’s major traumas, what they want most is to feel cared for and as a family we really felt that every single minute, especially going to great lengths for an earlier funeral service that we wanted and they made this happen.Agape are knowledgeable with the Greek Orthodox religious customs and we felt comfortable at all times.
