Scammers. Charged $300 for a $110 part and install (SSD) when an SSD wasn't even the problem, it was a faulty GPU. They will probably reply to this saying that I'm a fake review and all that but word of warning, stay clear from this business

Arrogant, dismissive and rudeTook my laptop to be serviced and when he motioned me forward to his window he then sent me backHe refused to take my business as he said my remarks were rudeI left , only to come back later to explain my comments he and the woman in the office continued to talk over meHe asked if I had booked, and did I have the laptop I said yes . Gave my name . Then he said it would be ready in an hour then at 3.30 and when I complained about them talking over me he flatly refused to deal with meI like to support local businesses but will not consider Forward Computers againMichael should stick to back office duties he is not suited to from of shopDoesn't matter how many times he says fake review' he has NO people skills and should not be in a service industry"

It's important to remember when writing a review that the person you have just had a go at is only human. How would you feel if somebody abused you. You would argue back in your defensive no doubt. Give people a chance before going of the deep end. People are becoming to awful more and more each day. Try being a bit more understanding and try to help with a solution rather than writing a review as I'm sure people will appreciate this more than a bad comment. Take a breath and calm down. Being nice gets better results.

I Have dealt with Kiama Forward Computers for perhaps 15 years or more. Have always found Michael and Julie both professional and friendly. Their prices have always been very conservative and their work has been exemplary. Michael understands the need to explain options as well as give understandable reasoning when making suggestions. He explains processes in a manner that even I can understand. Their business has a family feel to it, not only with myself, but also with observations of dealings with other customers in their shop. I have recommended them to a number of friends and relatives over the years.
