Very poor experience, never seen any agents take your offer and disclose your offer to other buyers and negotiate the price .I had to deal with this agent for a recent listing and she was doing this very unprofessional behaviour.He was disclosing the exact amount of offers to all buyers each other , if she wasn't sure about the price then upto my understanding should go for Auction?
