My child bought two phone straps as soon as she walked out the store to put them on her phone they broke the lady behind. The counter was rude as anything and would not refund or exchange item. Made my child very upset no customer service as so ever I would never recommend this place to anybody.. the lady needs to be sacked and put through a customer service course to be able to deal with customers and they need. We are the one spending money in your store and this is how you treat customers.. she’s a nine-year-old girl who is very upset and you knew you served her one minute before she returned to advise you that the items have broke.

Went to the store looking for something in particular...a hinged ring for my ear..the one I wanted didn't have the usual dot" to say if it was a hinged or sleeper ring. I asked the girl & she wasn't sure...& then said I can't help you...I don't know much about body jewellery!! I thought that weird as it was an earring & 90% of your store has earrings lol. Otherwise the store looked good and I always get what I want there but just felt l that she either couldn't be bothered finding out by possibly scanning the item or she actually had no idea!"

Teishika(got her name of the receipt) is so helpful and great at her job! She is so consistent I go in from time to time being local to the area and she is always the person on when I’m there because I remember her super friendly face, she always lets you know of the current promotions, today I had trouble deciding on some earrings as mine needed updating and she was eager to help me pick some out!

Today I went to a shop, there is a sale going on, 3 necklaces for 10 dollars, so I chose 3 necklaces and went to the counter. There was a sales girl whom I have never seen before. I gave 3 necklaces to her. She packed necklaces, put in a bag and gave to me. I trusted her and didn’t check. I payed a cash. But to my surprise I came home and saw only two necklaces. How could that be a mistake when I gave her 3 necklaces. She has been selling to many customers. Anyway, I am going tomorrow and getting the other one. But this is way too irresponsible or I don’t know what it is. I am very upset. It’s not about money though..
