What a great experience. I do not pride myself as a computer literate and I have used the Geeks on a number of occasions with my business. This week it was at home with personal computers.I was particularly impressed with Hemi who was able to fix the problems and explain the solutions in a straight forward and easy to understand manner.The business is very well run and I very highly recommend them to all computer usersThey can identify and FIX the problems at a reasonable priceTHANK YOU GEEKS

Phil the technician came out to my house late in the afternoon to fix the issues I had with my MacBook Air. He was friendly and professional. The price to come out to my house and stay to 6pm was I think very reasonable.Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.Thanks Phil and Affordable Geeks

I called Affordable Geeks on a Thursday morning to see if they could come help me fix my gaming pc that I built the day before, but unfortunately had some booting and BIOS issues. The technician that helped me was very professional - he called me when he was on his way, very informative on the process and you could tell he has major experience in his work. He unfortunately couldn’t fix it and had to take the PC with him to work on it during the night.He called me the day after and said that he had fixed the problem and I was surprised from how quick he managed to fix it as other places I know would take a whole week to do. He returned back with the PC up and running and I gladly paid the fee from the work he did.However, after taking a deep look I noticed there was a brown colour on top of my PC which looked like something was leaking from the top. At first I thought it was something coming out of the PC but after taking the top cover off the case, there was clearly a spill that happened when the technician was working on the PC. I don’t drink coffee but I knew from the smell that coffee was spilt on it. It went down the AIO and through the fan which was then turned on and eventually went everywhere. It has unfortunately stained my white PC parts even after trying with some stain removers.I’m upset and disappointed from the lack of communication or warning that this occurred. I spent a lot of money and time getting these white parts for my PC and to have a coffee stain on it was disappointing. I know these technicians have long days fixing computers and driving location to location, and accidents do happen - but to have your coffee on top of a client’s PC and having it fall without letting them know is upsetting.He did a great job fixing the problem in a timely manner but having your PC stained that you spent and waited on, let alone not being informed is unsatisfactory especially with the $360 fee that I paid.

Called a week ago to organise my iPad glass and screen to be replaced, Advised the guy of the model and model number and booked it in for Monday morning as I only get every second Monday off, he said that’s fine as we keep the parts for the majority of all major models in stock, and that they would need it all day as they are busy and have other products to fix as well, I was a bit reluctant but thought fair enough, arrived in the morning only to have a guy say we don’t have it and it would be 7 days to order the parts. Although I can’t comment on the technical work as nothing was done, basic service is terrible went down the road the same day and got it done in 2 hrs

Wasted $120 on having a mobile technician come to my home to try to fix my mobile phone blank screen. He had no equipment to test or possibly fix my phone. Data recovery of my photos was not even attempted. He googled how to try fix it....which is what I had already done. When I asked for a refund or partial refund, Ross said he would consider it. I have emailed several times since & no reply. Disappointed!

Affordable Geeks saved us, our computer was hacked by a scammer and we were about to lose all our life savings! We contacted Ross at Affordable Geeks he immediately realised the seriousness of our situation and had his Technician out within 45 minutes, Hemi was a nice polite man and he got the tick of approval from my wife when he asked her if she wanted him to remove his shoes before entering our house. Hemi got straight into my computer, removed the hacker and solved the problem and saved me from the mess that I was in, he also installed a new security system for us and now I feel a lot safer, Hemi explained everything in a simple no nonsense way which as seniors we were able to understand and for that we thank him. We have no hesitation in recommending Affordable Geeks to anyone who has a problem with their computer, and the best part is that their prices are fair and reasonable, they will be our go to people for help from now on! We had Computer problems today. I phoned Affordable Geeks and was able to get a technician out the same day. Hemi arrived and fixed the problem, cleaned up the computer and sorted out my questions in a language I could understand without being too technical. Fantastic service as always. Thank You 10/10
