When your tenants moved out of the property next door the removal van damaged our new colorbond fence. After 6 weeks Raine and Horne have done nothing to facilitate any of the repairs and the tenants had their bond returned. I organised for the fencer to provide a quote to Raine and Horne 5 weeks ago. I've contacted Raine and Horne several times to enquire about the progress and was informed he could not give me an estimated time frame as he is so busy". However

Sam Berry showed me a cottage as a rental accomodation in Tin Can Bay. She was super nice and helpful. The weekly price was very reasonable. It was on an ideal location on the very esplanade. When Sam opened the door and showed me inside, I thought “what a bargain!” The place was so cute, so well -furnished. There were mod cons in the kitchen and quaint and nostalgic - and very comfy - furniture throughout. Sam was always on hand, though I hardly had to contact her at all because everything was perfect. Let these guys find your next accomodation for you!

From the first contact with Sam she was nothing but helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. As we were relocating with our dog finding suitable accommodation to enable us peace of mind was a priority. Sam found us the perfect property and made it all so easy especially as we were arriving and leaving out of business hours. I wish I could give no stars....DO NOT trust this agency with your investment property, you will be so disappointed. Ours has been destroyed, and they don't care!!They have no idea how to manage a rental property, and seem to side with the tenant, the very person who is ruining your property.
