Don't bother accepting an uber delivery here the staff will intentionally take over 30 minutes to find it and act like you are making them suffer by picking up an order. Meanwhile their staff are just chatting amongst themselves. Very unprofessional.

Not a great experience, we don't come to this woolies often as it is too shabby. Today I picked up some vegetables here ，as I love to protect the environment so I tend not to use plastic bags when I pick vegetables but today I forgot to bring my own backpack so I took two plastic bags in my shopping basket as my capsicums and kale were scattered in the basket. At the checkout a staff member took away my plastic bags and said I shouldn't have taken them, I don't understand what she did, am I not allowed to use your free plastic bags for the vegetables I purchased? And she was so rude that she took them away before I even realised what was happening, and my vegetables were even scattered about.

Went through self serve due to there not being enough checkouts open.Bought my stuff down to the last item when the total computer scanner failed. Had to do it all over again at a checkout with same scanning mistakes for vitamins being a price deal, only to have them scanned again at $25 each instead of 2 for $15.Not only did this all happen but another staff member wanted help from my checkout person and she was going to go away to help that staff member.I had enough by this stage and said she can ask for help else where.To save this check out person from any more grief I paid without the vitamins and waited for help at the smoke desk, only to hear that the deal docket got binned by the staff at the self serve. After that I was told never to come back to the store again.For sure lady I can help you with that.

One of the worst Woolworths I have been to! Their click and collect was always poor from previous experience. Had to use them the other day as my regular Woolworths was out of time slots- 20 minutes wait for staff to get the trolley! And that was with me advising them through the app that I was on my my way etc. And they weren’t short staffed as there was plenty of staff walking around and 2 staff members at customer service counter just casually chatting!
