I called Basel to fix a faulty alarm at my parents house. He was very thorough in explaining the issue with me over the phone and text and sent detailed pictures of the fault. Even though the resolution required some unexpected extra work, he did not charge for the extra time and most importantly stayed until the job was done. I would 100% recommend Alarm doctor for your next alarm job.

Alarm Doctor arrived on time, on budget. They used blankets on the floor, took off shoes, used face masks as requested, were polite and respectful.When there were issues with the alarm system software hub many months after install, Basel was quick to reassure that it was a server issue on the Paradox side and notified when it was rectified.We invited alarm Doctor again this month is service the system and install more cameras. Again, Basel was easy to email. Service was arranged, they showed up on time and most professional.Very happy with the work provided by alarm Doctor. Cannot go wrong as Basel is forthright in quotes and sets expections accordingly.
