Brought 2 new E-Bikes. Assembled and pumped tyres up to correct pressure. left inside until car rack arrived. NEVER ridden. Went back to test fit bikes, and found front tyre flat. Found hole in the thinnest tube I have ever seen. Sent numerous emails expressing issue, stone walled with a Video request. I had patched tube and replaced, but requested a replacement. More stonewalling after calls and emails. Gave up. Went for first ride of 10km and another puncture, repaired that and when I was re-inflating, the tyre blew. The tubes are so thin, when you inflate they bulge into the spoke adjust holes and puncture. Phone support guy new about it, but said it wasn't up to him. After being stuck 10km from home, good samaritan gave me a lift and was able to get replacement tube, Replaced with a cheap kmart tube, which was twice as think and no problems since. If only I could give no stars.

Bought a trampoline from these guys. Unhappy with the misleading advertising of the frame being made entirely of powder coating as per the images advertised and the “safety net” which is not very “safe” as my children can climb out of it underneath through the huge gaps between the fasteners. Customer service agent went back and forth with me (not acknowledging the issue) instead deflecting it and insisting the frame is strong. Not acknowledging the misleading representation in photo advertising. Also suggesting the net is only a “risk reduction”! Nowhere did I read the safety net is a “risk reduction” and not secure to the entire mat of the trampoline.Refusing to offer refund instead offered a “change of mind return policy” less 20% cancellation fee and restocking. Beyond a joke. Why should we pay you? You are inconveniencing us. If your product was advertised accurately we wouldn’t be here arguing to get our money back. I can see countless other unhappy customers/reviews. I wish I had read those before buying here.

Purchased a Thompson golf buggy in January. Have only used it half a dozen times. First issue I had was charging the battery. Instructions were for first charge to charge overnight. This is did and went to golf the next day. lasted 14 holes. Have found the charger does not work all the time. I have to take the charger and battery around the house and try it in different power points until it starts to charge. last week at golf the front wheel started squeaking so I had to oil it. Yesterday at golf the speed control button broke, I have no idea how to fix this one. These buggies are absolute lemons, my advise to anybody would not to buy one of these, buy a reputable brand from somewhere local. Purchased online so I have no idea how I will get this back to the warehouse.Tim.

No purchase confirmation and they refuse to provide one. Their website stripped the unit number from my address so couldn't be delivered. Now state I have to pay $29 for redelivery or can refund minus the $29. Showed them the issue with their own website (happens now 5 weeks later when I test) but they refuse to accept responsibility.

I bought Jet-USA 2500PSI High Pressure Washer Turbo Head Nozzle, it is advertised as brass but is actually aluminium. It was cheap, it was delivered quickly but isn't what was advertised. There's no phone number to call and it isn't hard for anyone to see the difference between brass and aluminium.Clearly false advertising so buyer beware of this company, all I can see is an avalanche of negative reviews lately, let that tell you something.

Non-existent support. Have been emailing the support email for a month now with no response. Items I bought have all stopped working within three months.It is now over a week and the support is still non-existent, despite some reassuring words in response to this review. Before spam filters etc are mentioned, this domain is white listed in my filters. I can only conclude that there is no intention of contacting me.

WARNING!!!!!! WARNNG!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!I would definitely NOT recommend this store at all. This company is very sneaky. Do check prices on the receipt and confirmation email carefully. They cheat!!I received this product on 1/6 Thursday and was expecting a hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, this is extremely stressful and disappointing experience we have never experienced.First of all, was the difference on the pricing - errors on the confirmation email and receipt ( I was over charged) then the super heavy massage chair was dumped in front of our garage and not on an upright position THEN we notice the chair is not functioning properly - It starts working by itself when plug into the power point without pressing the ON/OFF button, without unplug the power cord it would NOT STOP. This is very UNSAFE. It fails to operate according to the specifications mentioned in the manual, and it has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. Also, Hunter Express fails to communications with me when this huge heavy massage chair will be delivered and if we were going to be home or arrange an appropriate time for both parties instead just dumped outside of our garage.I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting them via emails——they are useless, the worst customer service I have experienced. Problem NOT solved, they asked me as a customer to carry out the parts replacement!!!!! This is very inappropriate and unprofessional. I am not a qualified technician, any technical issues that may require the repair or replacement of parts it needs to be done by a qualified technician. This product does not meet the safety guarantee.In addition, they asked me to pack up this super heavy massage chair !!!!! and return it" !!!! As a consumer I have the right to return a product when the product is faulty. and the product does not have to be in its original packaging. I am not going through packing up this super heavy massage chair

Easy to order, arrived quickly and packaged very securely. Only issue is the mixer didn’t come with any setting up instructions so it took a while to set up and figure out what parts go where

Terrible service - product failed within first day of use. We purchased VALK Synergy 7+ electric scooter. It doesn’t charge or turn on after using for one day. We expect full refund rather than be sent parts to try and fix ourselves. This is why you buy from local people not online scammers

We have not been successful in contacting either your office, messages left and emails sent, or Hunter Express, also after leaving messages. As the sender of this item, it is your item until delivered to us. Please rectify this ASAP.
