After having two kids who ate almost everything I put in front of them, I thought children’s eating habits were all based on parenting techniques with the attitude of you get what you get and you don’t get upset… Well didn’t I have to eat my humble pie when my third son came alone. We struggled for almost 5 years of fighting at ever meal time. Fast forward just over 1 year and our meal times are so much less stressful thanks to Tracy at Be Well Nourished Nutritional Solutions. I can not believe that simple food play and encouragement from someone else could be so beneficial. Our son now tries a variety of different foods and is making so much progress with very little stress. His iron levels are finally at a normal level without supplements and our family actually enjoys meal times together. Could not be happier.
