Climate Plus

I was very impressed with my experience with Climate Plus. From the initial phone I was impressed with the fast response time. I received a phone call the day before my repair was due to take place, booking in a exact time. The technician contacted me the following day 15 minutes prior to arrival then arrived right on time. The Tech Liam was very friendly and professional. Quickly identifying and fixing the issue. I would like to thank Climate plus, (In particular Liam) for a great experience. I definitely recommend them servicing and repairs.

Not my first time engaging with Climate Plus. Great as always. This time the technician was Isaac, who was polite, on time, and explained the issue clearly. Will keep using their services. Highly recommended.

Firstly it was really easy to book online, second I got great system updates on when our technician was going to arrive - accurate to the minute.When Ron arrived he was nice and friendly, introduced himself, and got straight to it. Explained to me what needed to be done and smashed the job out within 30-45 mins of arriving.I’ll be going back to Climate Master for my a/c and heating maintenance regularly.Thanks team; great job!

I contracted climate plus through the brighte scheme to install a reclaim hot water heat pump.The quote, install and after service from climate plus have all been fantastic. (I couldn’t figure out how to change a setting on the system so They send an electrician out to assist). What’s more the install price was really competitive.It’s now around 5 months on, and just received my first full set of utility bills. Happy to say the electricity bill is surprisingly low, and without paying gas heating and cooling the gas bill is low too.I would really recommend both the reclaim heat pump and the team at climate plus!

Codie and ClimatePlus went above and beyond to fix our heating - the team in the office were so professional and kept me updated on when we would have a service and Codie was exceptional on the day. He diagnosed and fixed our broken heating without issue. He even went out of his way to have a look at and give advice on an unrelated plumbing issue. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Climate Plus is a professional outfit and I strongly recommend them.The whole experience from booking the repair to Ken attending and performing the repairs was seamless.The office staff took the booking, which I'd made a month before the actual repairs were carried out (due to me travelling OS), which wasn't lost. The office staff were polite and contacted me the day before to confirm that the booking time was still convenient.The technician (Ken) was on time, well-presented and very courteous. He took the time to explain the problem, and what he'd done to fix it, giving me the old parts.I've used Climate Plus (master) several times and wouldn't bother looking at anybody else.

Climate Plus responded to my need to get someone out to effect repairs on my evaporative cooling unit- it developed a leak over the Christmas break. They got someone here within 7 days over New Year’s holidays so that was great. The booking process was easy and seemless and the tech even rang on the appointed day to say he was running early to make sure it was convenient to meet him - repairs carried out efficiently and we are now enjoying the cool breeze inside. Technician was very professional and briefed us on everything he was doing in a friendly manner- thanks guys and gals!!

I had an electric heat pump hot water system and an induction cooktop installed. The service was good on the day, and they answered all my questions. The tank had a slight cosmetic damage issue (which wasn't caused by them, but rather a common issue with the supplier). However, they were more than happy to replace it. There was a little bit of mess left behind, but it wasn't significant and didn't take long to clean up.There was a communication issue over the phone since they seem to use a call center, and only a select few people can answer questions outside of booking a time. There also seemed to be a breakdown in passing on information. It took them some time to get back to me, and I had to follow up with them.Overall, I would recommend them, and I would happily use them again.
