Been a few times since I moved ibto the area, one of the best I've ever had, had a few different therapists for several different massages and can't fault any.

Was definitely not a remedial deep tissue. The form they give you to fill out asks for you to circle areas of most concern. I circled both my feet and quads, she didn’t even touch either of these areas. I paid $95 for a 1hour massage and I don’t feel any tension relieved.

I have been going to Silk at Whitfords for a couple of years now and they never fail to provide amazing service. The staff are very friendly and excellent at finding spots that need massaging out, and are very attuned to the comfort of their clients.

I hate to be negative, but as someone who gets deep tissue massage every fortnight at minimum, this place rates a very close second worst of all the massages I've ever had. I was served by an older man who assured me he could do deep tissue. After 15 minutes I had to politely say that was enough for today, and leave. I was still charged $45, leaving me short to try and find another massage elsewhere. The massage at best, was awful. There was zero technique or understanding of how to release and move the tension in my muscles. I asked 3 times for more pressure as the pressure was equal to my 8 year old daughter playfully pushing her hands/elbow into me. When he applied pressure in parts with his elbow, most times it wasn't even on a pressure point and he would then move to a totally other area. Nobody should be paying $75 (full hr) to be massaged by someone with no professional training or knowledge. I can barely bend over now. Sorry. Sad but true.

Hubby and i got whole body massages yesterday. Our bodies are a bit sore; i think from the pressure applied even though I asked the lady to go gentler. The deluxe one is with oil. Went just over an hour and they were in no rush. They dont massage your feet though. Wanted to also try an Ion cleanse but the machine wasnt working. Being located in a shopping center you can hear poeple taking loudly and walking past and the loud music for next door shops.

The thai massage is the best!

I dont normally do reviews, As i work in customer service and dont like when people do reviews. But i have to do this review as this was just unreal.Just tried to book a 1.5 hour couples massage for me and my Husband. The lady on the other end answering the phone was so rude, awnsered the phone very unprofessionally as if she is answering her home phone,i had to ask 2x at which business i was, brushing me off while im explaining to her what massage i want to book for. Refusing to send me a email confirming booking, say the dont have email? This was the worst customer service ever. The attitude was that they dont want my business.
