I was very impressed with the service given by staff at 40 Winks Craigieburn, especially Lidia who served me. Even though she was on her own with several clients in store, she provided clear information on the various products I was looking to purchase. She gave me time to consider what I needed and gave me a competitive price with local competition. My mattress and base were delivered efficiently within the quoted time frame. So thanks Lidia for your excellent advice and I hope to enjoy my new bed for years to come.

Thank you for being so helpful Simone. Me and my partner recently went to Forty Winks Craigieburn to buy a mattress.Simone took the time to listen to our needs, provided product knowledge and guidance but also encouraged us to take time in selecting the product. She is super knowledgeable and friendly (and also very patient!). My toddler was well looked after at the store, very happy with her customer service! Definitely a good place to buy your next mattress and/or bed.
