I needed replacement customs poles for my not longer made camper trailer.So after a bit of searching Pole-Apart was a possible supplier.After a quite few emails with questions from both sides, mainly making sure we were both on the same page.A price was quoted and the invoice was paid.It's good knowing they care about getting it right.To future buyers" Do remember like any custom parts

Good quality workmanship. Great customer service.The shipping was way over priced $240.00 for 4 poles to Darwin.Not entirely Poles Apart fault but could do more to find alternative shipping when rates are so ridiculously high.

Bought a tent pole kit from Poles Apart - the poles are great quality, made on-site and were ready within an hour of ordering (I was in a hurry so couldn't courier). Prices were competitive with the no-name brands sold at the outdoor shops.

Purchased some poles, pegs and ropes a year or two back. Good quality, Excellent service. I am writing this review due to the fact they bent over backwards to supply my order before a long weekend. Had a large tarp setup in very windy conditions and only had a few bent pegs. I am thankful for the service. Will buy again.
