Samir's Live Online classes have made on incredible difference to our lives both Physically and Mentally specially in this lock down period.My Husband is 71 and I am 63 with medical issues. We have now been attending Samir's yoga classes regularly due to Online flexibility . It has been an amazing journey. Samir is a very professional and passionate Yoga Teacher and we would highly recommend him.
