Had a small job (3 jerseys only) and wanted the pocket area embroidered with name and club title. The team at EmbroidMe did it in record time and it was fairly priced. They look great & I’m super happy with the service I received. Thanks so much - highly recommend!

Really slow service, the items I originally asked to be printed where printed wrong and no effort to help rectify the problem.In the time I asked them to produce my T-shirts, I contacted a provider in china, organised the correct logo, printed it and shipped all the way from china before they even wrongly printed my shirts. Baffles me how they are in business

I contacted Adelle after having another promo company tell me they couldn't do what we required. Adelle is personable, efficient, straight to the point and very easy to work with. She took our order last minute after we had had such a bad experience. Working with the team at Embroid me Bondi Junction was so easy! I had quite a complicated bespoke job I needed done, and they were willing and able to complete the task without hesitation really quickly. They provided guidance and help to ensure the best quality for functionality and they communicated exceptionally well throughout. I would highly recommend using them.

The team at EmbroidMe Bondi were fantastic! They spent time helping me review my print and embroidery logo in detail, and recommended the best colors and detailing options which made the end product a 10/10.They can supply the merchandise too at great rates.

Attention to detail was very poor. Apart from calling me Peter. I had to re correct the proof many times. I ordered 10 shirts they did 8 of the 10 in the correct size. And 2 incorrectly. Then tried to blame me for it.. I have another 10 shirts needed but I don’t want to go through the nonsense all over again.

Needs a new receptionist. Hung up on me when asking if this was still 'Embroidme' called her back and had some serious attitude.***update, no you hung up when i first asked if you were the same business, which is fair considering the name change and I had an account and designs with embroidme, then when i called back you barked down the phone , yes we are embroidme as if I should have known, just needed to order more shirts for the company but will use a more professional company***
