Mark and Michael did a fantastic job selling my mum’s house. They achieved a great price, which was within their estimated selling price at our first meeting. Throughout the process, both Michael and Mark kept us up to date with open houses, enquires etc.Their knowledge of the market was very extensive and they left no stone unturned when it comes to generating the maximum amount of interest in perspective buyers.This is the first time I have used the Auction process, but both Mark and Michael guided us though this, and all went well.
