Guided me as to try how resolve issues when at times self-esteem is at the lowest or conflicted. I had a great experience with Psyc Spot, particularly with Niamh. My first venture into therapy, I had no idea what to expect, but it was a great experience and has certainly left me feeling better, stronger, and more able to cope with the various challenges life throws at us! Niamh is a great listener and was able to provide valuable insight. The practice itself is well situated with friendly, approachable staff. Highly recommend Niamh and the team at Psyc Spot.

Dr Justin is the best, he helped me on my darkest moments of my life, he guided me and taght me how to deal with my mental healh issues and I am feeling 100% better. I will be asking him for his help definetely in the future when I feel that I need help again.
