The store was very clean with plenty of space to walk around with clear signage. The ladies were welcoming and came around to see if I needed assistance. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

Thank u to the amazing groomer today for looking after my baby pixie , it the first time she’s left a groom happy . She was groomed to perfection and smelled amazing . Again thank u so much for being so caring to her . She means the world to me and my family ❤️❤️ We will definitely be back :)

Just had Scruffy groomed by Mel at PetO in Penrith. I loved the groom and Scruffy loved Mel. I have been to so many places where they sadly shave off his beautiful terrier x features despite my specific requests. So happy with Mel at PetO. I have waited so long to find a great grooming service…and I don’t mind the 10% off for rebooked grooming. Full groom for under $80. Thank you Mel!I attached pics but he had already visited the water bowl and had lost the fresh ‘salon’ look…no wonder he is called Scruffy.If managers give out awards for amazing customer service, please give one to Mel.
