Really helpful and friendly service today from Konner at 99 bikes Lawnton. Gave really great advice, useful tips on essentials and a refresh demo on how to oil my bicycle chain. Legend!

I went in to get some new shoes for indoor cycle class. I think I tried on every brand in 3 sizes and finally found the perfect pair. So excited to try these out at my next class. Love this store, thank you so much for your brilliant work ☺️

Fantastic place - I didn't end up buying here but the service and information provided was excellent - I would strongly recommend going here for anyone looking for anything that is two wheels and not a motorbike :-)

I could not recommend 99 Bikes Lawnton more highly. The staff here were so helpful, professional and accommodating.

I found the mechanic at Lawnton to be quite patronising from the start, and then when something was missed he argued rather than just apologising and fixing it. I'll go back to Everton Park next time.

Service and help from Connor was excellent. He helped me out in the purchase on a new seat for my bike. He has allowed me to keep riding.

Great customer service... not. 3 sales assistants standing around talking about what time theyre shutting. Didn't bother to ask if I needed a hand with anything! Left and went to the North Lakes store.

Have shopped here and popped in to ask for advice multiple times. In all instances, even on the phone, every single encounter with any staff member has been extremely positive and a great example of customer service. I shouldn't say this - might get the staff in trouble with the boss - but these guys have saved me a lot of money with practical advice on how to fix up older bike parts to keep them serviceable - instead of trying to upsell or spend on new things not really needed. It is very helpful for someone like myself who isn't the most knowledgeable to be able to ask for advice and receive quality help from extremely friendly and well trained staff. I have been to a few 99 Bikes around Brisbane's north, and they have all been good, but Lawnton is particularly excellent.
