Very professional and honest Territory business no hesitation using them again, every thing electrical is soldered, they fit my Unichip on my Landcruiser and the job is neat and solid and the service accomodating me dropping my car off the arvo before housing my car overnight in their secure shed was awesome helped me out alot.

Bloody good guys there. Came in wanting a solar panel installed. They were booked out for the day but said they could squeeze us in, not only did they do that but the boss told us what panel we needed and talked us through it etc and was super helpful. Probably the best auto electrical place I've ever been too and he made our day! Cheers prestige!!

The staff at Prestige Automotive were very friendly and understanding regarding an issue of rat chewed wiring that had been discovered by my mechanic. I was booked in for the earliest appointment available, they were able to do the repairs in a same day service, and they were very reasonably priced. One of the first things I was asked when making my initial booking was did I have a budget to work around, as they wanted to ensure that the repairs were done within my means. I am extremely happy with their work, their professionalism, and the willingness to accommodate me as their customer. Highly recommend and I will be returning again in future as needed. We contacted these guys about an issue of our belt tensioner and airbag light going on after I got a stick stuck under the carriage pulling on some wires. These guys were professional, fit us in to have a look on the same day, cleared the codes and we were right to go. ANY future time we need some fixes we are definitely coming here. ABSOLUTE LEGENDS. Can not recommend enough after this experience!

Had one of the young diesel fitters visit my workplace and I asked if they did car aircons. He gave me a fairly detailed rundown on what the procedure is and what possible outcomes could be and gave me a business card. I called the company and got Monique on the phone and explained the problem. She took details and we agreed on a time for the car to be looked at. Technician arrived early and did his diagnosis and then proceeded with the repair explaining simply to the wife what was done and what to keep an eye out for in the coming months. Very professional organisation that I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thanks Monique and the crew, sorry I can't remember the young fitters name, but he was extremely polite and professional and I hope the boss buys him a beer.

I didn’t have a good experience with Prestige. As I do not understand much about cars I prefer just rate with stars as my experience.Monique is really friendly and I really believe she wanted to help me, however after more then a month I drove back home still with a broken car and less money in my bank account.

6 and a half hours of my time I won't get back. I wanted the air con clutch replaced but they went ahead to find a 'different diagnosis' to investigate without our permission. Not once did we receive a call to tell us they were going to take the gas out of the air con instead. My own mechanic back home told us it must be the clutch, so we would have taken it elsewhere for a second quote. We were intially told on the phone it would be a couple of hours so went to the nearby shopping centre to wait. We called for 'no update' so after four hours (!!) we went there ourselves to find the car parked outside in the car park (unlocked too, with all our personal belongings inside) because they had started working on someone elses car when ours wasn't finished. If we hadn't have seen that i wonder if they would have charged us for the time too. Person at the desk was really rude and not reassuring at all, refusing to give us any estimation of the cost. Wouldn't let me see the gauges for proof either, because 'i don't know how to read gauges'. Not only this, they were supposed to be replacing my steering fluid reservoir too- and my fuel cap cable. Previously the reservoir was agreed on the phone for our appointment. Somehow 6 and a half hours meant they couldn't have done either of these. Waste of my time and money. Now I have to find another mechanic in the small time I have left in Darwin.
