Talk about a lack of customer service. The place was completely empty when I arrived. When I did speak to someone, while they were helpful, their manner was so glum and depressing I just couldn’t muster the strength to ask any follow up questions. They might have the knowledge but they lacked any pleasantries.

The peron i spoke to was rude, patronizing and arrogant. Did not know anything about me, but chose to insult me based on a stereotype. Too humiliated to ever contact them again

Dont get call back. No appointment. No advice. And they wouldn't give me all my brief. Reception that identifies as Karen" was very rude nd unhelpful. Been calling for 3 weeks. And keep getting told I'll get a call back. And today called again and get told to call back after 4pm.They ain't there to help u cause u are in financial hardship. So be aware!!"
