Great place for the elderly

We have a friend staying there, room, staff and ambience was excellent

It's one of the best aged care homes I've seen. They've really managed to create an informal, relaxed environment for the residents. I love the garden!

Mum having a spell here before returning home after a spell in hospital. Huge room and ensuite. Very bright and clean. Staff are lovely, can't do enough for mum. Food nice, mum happy! Happy mum, happy daughter!

Lovely small place in a beautiful garden setting. Very caring staff. Mom is well looked after.

We are now in July 2021, the professionalism through Covid is outstanding. We have received updates immediately as changes are being made by the Government and Health Authorities. The care and comfort of the Residents is in very safe hands. Also with the Home Care, Carers make sure we are understanding and following instructions; Make sure we are in good mental health and help with our concerns.We have experienced Pennwood, through Respites, and Permanent Care over a long period, beginning in 2016. The staff are so professional and caring. We also have used their Home Care which has been very helpful. It is a beautiful place and accommodation is very comfortable, the food is very good and varied made on the premises.

We have a friend in here convalescing..she has said how clean it is and the amenities are Top notch ..good meals..nice gardens.

Very friendly staff, great rooms and environment easy car parking.

Visited the few Serbian retired Veterans and it’s always a pleasure. Fantastic staff and great clean rooms.... privilege to see the care they deservedly get. Well done Penwood
