Better Medicine Health Centre & Skin Clinic

It used to be a very good clinic, especially with Dr. Lin, who is really caring and patient. However, recently it started engaging in some dodgy practices by charging a big gap for an ordinary consultation session without disclosing the cost upfront, and we stopped visiting it as a result.If you're visiting for a general consultation, make sure to ask about the cost upfront if you don't want to pay more than you expect. Personally, I would suggest staying away from this clinic. You can easily find clinics with the same level of professionalism (and even better ones) without paying a premium.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr David Yu for 13 years having returned to the north shore from the country when his practise was open for new patients. It has been a wonderful experience with Dr Yu, a most professional doctor and his team, for they have provided great care and attention to our health. Dr Yu and his associates have met us regularly, organised testing, scans and x-rays as needed, fine tuned our medications, administered timely vaccinations, and provided excellent referrals to specialists when major surgery was required. Dr Yu is now looking after all our family as they have returned from overseas. We cannot thank him enough for his well researched advice and medical guidance. Like most GP's Dr Yu must now increase his charges to survive. We wholeheartedly support this change and his excellent service. There is no better value to quality of life than an excellent GP practise like this. Thank you Dr David Yu.

Dr Yu has been our family Doctor for many years and we wouldn't go anywhere else, even though we have moved out of the area. His team of Doctors, Specialists and reception staff are outstanding in their work ethics.We have recently downloaded the new Mypractice app and found it to be very helpful with getting appointments, referrals or even prescriptions sent through. Would highly recommend this practice and Dr Yu's wonderful team.

After find out I am pregnant in my 43's. She is so happy for me and taking care of me, refer me to other clinics to make sure everything I need is good for me. Dr. Yu has been our family GP since I was pregnant 2 years ago. He has always been attentive, professional, skilful, reassuring, responsible, trustworthy and reliable. Unlike other GP, Dr. Yu always makes sure we are getting the right treatment and care at the right time.During covid, I downloaded the MyPractice app which made booking and telehealth easier. Just one click, home delivery of prescription could be arranged. My family and I would highly recommend Dr. Yu and his team.

Dr. Yu has been looking after our family since he started his practice in Lindfield over 10 years ago. He is always pay attention to details and very professional which is not easily find from a general medical centre. We highly recommend this doctor to our local communities.

Internet booking for 9.30am and got a phone call at 8am on the day that the doctor has changed to private billing instead of bulk billing. I told the reception that it is not fair when I am going to the appointment and only been informed 1 and a half hour earlier She said that it is on the left of the screen when I do the booking. I have been doing internet booking for a long time and had never look at what they say on the left of the screen, all I am concern is what time I can see the doctor. It is disgusting the way they have informed about the billing.
