The food here is to die for! The love and care they put in their BBQ comes through in each and every bite. American BBQ is a labour of love, it takes so much time to get it right and in the general prep and cooking. These guys are masters of the art. The pork belly is tender and melts in your mouth, the brisket is so meaty and flavourful. My favourite side was the Bacon mac, I need the recipe.

Absolutely delicious BBQ! All the meats are gluten free plus a lot of the sides and sauces. We had a 3 meat, 3 side and 2 sauce dinner for two. The brisket is to die for. Melt in the mouth type stuff.Great atmosphere, lots of seating, and a great selection of drinks as well. 10/10 meal and service! Great for fellow gluten free diners too.

Sadly didn’t get to try the dinner menu, was only stopping by for lunch. The lunch menus was pretty limited as there were only about 5 items to choose from.That said, the double cheese burger was delicious and very generous in sizing. The beef patty was juicy very tender. (I wish the chips that came were real potato chips though)Overall, really nice place to visit. The interior is very nice, staff is friendly. Definitely the best place I’ve visited during my short holiday getaway here.

HIGHLIGHT FROM OUR MUDGEE TRIP!The food was delicious and various paddle and whisky flights were crazy. The drink options are endless. The beef ribs special literally MELTED in my mouth. Loved every single bit of what we ordered, would definitely return when we next visit Mudgee!

Can’t recommend this place enough! We were lucky to find a spot - the atmosphere is great, staff is super friendly and more than happy to recommend the crowd favourites. Bacon mac is the best I’ve ever had and the meats are delicious- melts in the mouth, so soft.Strawberry and rose cider is definitely a must try. And the whiskey flight was good too.

A MUST visit in Mudgee. Amazing BBQ and beer. Fantastic seating area outside the back, also seats out front. The bar is spacious and staff are super friendly in Three Tails

This was a last minute lucky find for our group. Very busy, and with no booking, staff were lovely and quickly found us a table.We ordered the beef brisket and pulled pork tacos with a side of Bacon, Mac & Cheese. Make sure you order quickly as limited quantities of everything is available and some items sell out quickly.The tacos were excellent. Fresh, tasty coleslaw and perfectly cooked meat with a nice amount of sauce (not drowned). Mac & Cheese was enjoyable but a little oily, so probably would try other sides before ordering it again.Pet friendly if dining outside.

Fantastic food. We really enjoyed the meats and sides that we chose. Great atmosphere. Would love to go back and try some other meals. Get there early before the tables fill up and the food starts to sell out.

Every time I come here, the atmosphere and service are amazing. The food it hot and fresh, and it's always ready in no time. All the staff are super friendly as well. This time was a couple of beers and tacos. Totally hit the spot. I'm sure we will be back. Cheers
