Sold me used items and and on another order got an item wrong and were very unhelpful and dismissive when trying to fix it. Won't be buying from here ever again or another Zero electric scooter.

Trevor is the man to help you choose the best eletric bike!!! I have the mid city and been riding everywhere for 6 months and is the best thing I ever did! You don’t fear riding because of getting tired because is so easy to ride them! And if you want to do exercise just leave on settings 1 and lots os exerciseBest eletric bike on GC, great service and great people ❤️

These guys are awesome. After confusing myself with a week of research on scooters I knew I needed to speak to someone with some knowledge on the subject. Well did I go to the right place!! Ian served me and he was fantastic. Worked out what my needs were and directed me to the most suitable and gave me reasons why I didn't need bigger more expensive models. Serv8ce A1 vsett scooter exactly fitted my needs and looking forward to ongoing support with services etc. If you are torn by too much info on the Web and far too many scooters that you can't get parts for - come here ... thanks guys see you at the 1st service

Cairns e-bike shop sent it back to Southport Qld, please return my electric bike fixed as this is third 3 time on warranty repairs, as the e bike spending more time getting repaired then customer riding it.

Finally found a team that understands service, who know their stuff.For 6 years I've owned E bikes and 4 yrs an E scooter. Service and repairs have always been an issue but nowmy scooter is going better than ever, thanks to Carlo, a very thorough tune up. A new e bike is my priority, I've got my eye on one from Ride Electric.
