Too pricey for what it is. I understand the animals live in captivity and this place is designed for human entertainment, but I didn't expect the scale to be tilted quite so harshly AGAINST the animals' welfare. Enclosures look sad and cheap. Lack of information or messaging regarding conservation and species welfare. Pathetic considering sea life are some of the most under-threat in the world. Too much of a price-grab, at the animals' expense. Won't be coming back.

Nice visiting for a rainy day. One can take a close look at different sea animals, not many variety though. We were highly disappointed with the lack of information about the species they have. Also, it is depressing the state in which they keep the tanks and the limited space the animals have to swim around. Some animals have diseases while others are marked by bites from other fish.

I did not enjoy my time as much as some of my girlfriends. We decided to catch up here and despite my sea life phobia, I agreed to come along. The whole time I was an anxious mess and I felt like people were laughing at me. The stingrays especially scared me. I don't understand why they look the way they do. They make no sense and give me a shiver down my spine that still has not ended. The only reprieve I got was in the cafe where I sipped on a delicious weak soy cappuccino. Unfortunately the cappuccino wasn't weak enough and I had an attack of the colon but the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

I have visited the aquarium a couple of times. It's a good experience to take your family there as the kids enjoy themselves but it's also a bit pricey on the pocket. You are lined up for photos which they take of you and later try to sell you. They are also overpriced on food and it's of the same quality as an average McDonalds burger.I visited this time for the xtreme shark dive at a price tag of $300 per person. The briefing and dive training is thorough enough for beginners. Once you actually enter the tank and start you are made to be lead by an instructor. They guide you from one platform to the next and get you to wait to they fetch each person individually. You are not allowed to stand at any point or swim or kick your flippers. They lead you and will make you crawl along the bottom using your hands or a best keep you kneeling whilst the sharks and fish swim overhead but all the while your parade in front of the public viewing window, in the hope you may have family or friends watching and so the employee outside the viewing window can get photos of you that you have to buy. All up the 30 mins actual dive is chewed up alot by waiting on platforms and staring at the public through a window. It's ok for a first time driving experience but it's not extreme and animal interaction is minimal.

Expensive - the Paw Patrol experience was also a let down.
