I was there to change my number from another provider to optus today , I saw the manager Matthew was swearing and yelling at a customer. I soon left as I do not want the same service to me when I become a customer.Management job should be an example to role model to staff . This store looked liked a UFC stage with unprofessional manager

Is customer service thought and explained to its staff and specially to the manager too? Manager are the second line to resolve issue instead he shows aggressive attitude towards customers. I wish the review had minus start policy in this case it could have been zero star by now!!!! I went to upgrade my mobile but with poor customer service I switch to Telstra. Guys don’t waste even time even to visit once. Optus data security is same like customer service they can not even protect the data nor serve customer with respect!! ZERO star

Worst service ever , I asked for the manager a man called Matthew comes and says hey man what ?Is this a joke ? Did I order a cheese burger with no pickle?I left the store soon after and called the called centre to make a official complaint.Worst customer service ever.

The staff are disgusting no respect for anyone that has a scarf on top of there head, they are people who have racist ideology’s, you shouldn’t be operating a shop in a Center if you can’t have respect for everyone’s religious beliefs.

They have really bad customer service with with their people and they have really bad attitude their respect anyone. There are two man there working there one of them he’s tall after him. Give me your name on here if you want to give me his name to because who know who done the wrong?

I was with my friends and communicating with ourself when one of the guy in grey shirt greeted with disrespect and upon asking reason he told us to get out and find somewhere else ….. is this how we are supposed to be treated???? Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there
