Security screens installed incorrectly. Windows installed incorrectly. Sliding doors installed incorrectly. Like literally every other trade contractor that stepped into my first home build, I thank you for cutting all corners that could be cut and delivering a very low standard of workmanship. From the first point of contact with Southern Star doors, we couldn’t fault there customer service & products! We have had the 100 series stacking doors in our house for 5+ years & we needed to replace the rollers, after my husband notified them our queries, a staff member got in touch straight away & our new rollers turned up within a matter of days! Friend started work there and it was dodgy from day 1. Payment rates changed from the interview to the paperwork and to the actual amount received. Worked a 13 hour shift which was not paid for and no overtime was registered.

Window had to be replaced three times before it fitted. Security screen fell out when cleaned.
