My daughter took me out for lunch it was my birthday. I ordered prawn fried rice. The dish was expensive but instead of prawns there was shrimps and I found a small piece of hair. I didn’t make a fuss. My daughter ordered chicken stir fried noodles. Hardly any chicken in it and guess what found another piece of hair. This time I lost my appetite and told my daughter. We called the waitress, she apologised and called her boss. He offered to make a new batch but honestly I did feel like eating anymore neither did mt daughter. The owner didn’t offered any refund. We spend $70 dollars worth of disappointment. They did give us 2 small bottle of yogurt drink but that doesn’t make up for the hard earned money spent on food that was not up to standard.

Just dine in a few days ago. Surprise and amazing food at reasonable price. Lamb Naan, Lamb Skewer, Braised Chicken Potatoes, Beef Noodle Soup. Too good. Will revisit again soon.

Stir fry lamb with naan $25. No indication in the menu that the naan is fried.Every large piece is a fried naan. Lamb will not even fill a small bowl. Not worth $10Extremely disappointed!Told the owner immediately and he said “there is no problem with it”Well that’s the last time we eat here.

This place deserves a big thumbs up. The spicy stir-fry noodles, naan bread, lamb & chicken skewers and dumplings had many kinds of spices which were nicely balanced out. Can’t wait to try more. It is usually busy and short staffed here, so coming on a week day would be ideal. However, the lady and the chefs who served us tonight on the 3rd March were very nice and efficient at what they do. The prices are pretty average, though either way it’s a great spot and is worth your time.

We dined there on the recommendation of a friend but also read the existing previous reviews so attended warily and spoke with the owner/manager prior to ordering our meal of those facts. He assured us we would enjoy our meal.We ordered lamb skewers with naan from their menu. There were no skewers, very little lamb - shaved, a huge amount of onion and an equally significant amount of small pieces of naan literally dripping in oil and this meal cost $35! Which we didn't finish! It was uneatable. Similar to some of the comments of previous reviewsThe owner asked if we had enjoyed our meal and we showed him what we had left and why. He simply apologised using staff issues as an excuse. What a dumb way to run a business which we will never return to or recommend.

First time for me to taste the food here, ordered Lamb skewers and chicken, and took away my order. The food was nice and fresh specially the lamb Kebab. Also ordered two bread they were soft and tasty as well. I do recommend this place.

Really interesting Restaurant offering Authentic Uyghur Cuisine. Also known as Ayana Cuisine. Located at 8 Davenport Street Southport.Spacious interior with lots of seating options including tables, booths, a private dining room as well as outdoor dining.Had the Lamb Polo with a Side Salad as well as a Yoghurt drink. The Lamb Polo was a generous size and very tasty. The Cucumber side salad had an interesting tart taste and was quite refreshing. The Yoghurt drink was mildly sweet and delicious.A bit of Traditional background music would be a good addition. Many interesting dishes to choose from, So, Will be returning for more.

Horrible. I found hairs in my dishes and it was disgusting. All the food is so oily and soo overpriced. The portions are so tiny as well. If you click reviews Ans the lowest rating, it was so common and many people had found hairs in their food, so disgusting. Don’t go here, save your money. I ordered fried rice and there was literally like 3 small pieces of chicken, they gave us barely any chicken. We had more hair in our food than chicken.

This place has great fried rice!! The egg fried rice went so well with the mapu tofu. We came with a group of 7 and they were able to accomodate for us in a separate room which had a lazy susan as well. The food is great for sharing, go for the L size as M seemed a bit too small for our hungry tummies. The garlic cucumber and fried beans are a must when ordering side dishes to complement the heavy mains. Meat skewers (beef and chicken) were a hit too. I would come back again but this place is definitely for sharing.
