Went to pick up my order. Jade served me and I couldn't be happier. She seemed to be busy but nonetheless she was cheerful and happy get me sorted. Definitely will buy here again.

I am very happy with the service I received. Purchased 1 product first and contacted My Happy Helpers a few minutes later to buy another one. No questions ashed from them and they happily consolidated to shipment. The best thing was the shipment came the next day! Blown away!!

Both my toddlers have fallen off the GroChair island bench chair. My eldest daughter endured facial trauma with significant swelling and bruising. My youngest daughter had fallen back from the chair, enduring trauma to her back and head, causing concussion. Hospital reports and photographs will be used in court.As a mother, I urge you not to trust this company or their products. This company has not cooperated with us and has refused to accept my return claim. I am currently in the process of disputing the matter further. I have reported this matter to the Product Safety Australia, in hopes that this company will be investigated to prevent further incidents of such nature.

Terrible customer service from this business. Shipping was advertised as free and then added on at checkout. When questioned and asked to refund the shipping cost, my order was simply cancelled with a passive aggressive email to say their advertising was incorrect. I responded with an email to say I still wanted to receive my purchase and had never asked for my order to be cancelled, just the shipping fee refunded to match the advertised price. Since then I have had radio silence from them. Won’t be supporting this business going forward and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Would highly recommend. We had a few issues with our product delivery. I thought the screws were missing, they were the sent promptly by express post but didn’t fit and we realised that I had received the wrong learning tower. Staff went above and beyond to help remedy the issue on Christmas Eve as it was a Christmas present and gained access to the closed warehouse, delivered to a family member of mine who was then travelling to my regional location and arranged courier to pick up incorrect tower and screws. Communication and customer care was outstanding and kept me informed along every step of the way.Things happen, mistakes happen however my happy helpers really showed up to remedy the situation which many other companies simply would not have gone to the same efforts. Given they are clear on being a family focused company I really appreciated the time taken to help my family have the Christmas morning we had planned

The Evo 2.0 Learning Tower is easily one of the worst stands.The safety bar just falls out (I emailed them about it and they asked for a video ontop of pictures and then got nowhere).Very unsteady. Every time they use it, it’s a great tipping risk.Do yourself a favour. Get another brand.
