I made a booking for a wash at 10am, and didn't think much of it given the website says open every day 8:30am-5pm. Turned up and no one was there. I even got a text in the morning reminding me that I had a booking! Planned part of my day around getting this done so very unimpressed.

Booked in my car at 9am and waiting there until 9:15am but still closed...Wasting my time, really unprofessional.On their website supposed to be open at 8:30am.

Booked in about a week in advance. Received multiple confirmation SMS. Received a confirmation SMS on the same day as the booking. Turn up and it's completely closed! Call office number, no answer. Don't take bookings, and send confirmations, if you're not open!!!

First time to try this place. Not really happy with them. Still some dirt on the car in different parts, and I paid for wax but I don’t feel any waxed on my car. It just feel like I went to self wash machine have a quick wash and wiped with a tower.

It's been taken over by a new owner and the service was pretty good. I called them to check their availability and was able to get an appointment in 2 hours. I had an express carwash and my car returned sparkling. Sam did a great job.
