Pelican Motor Inn

Great place to stay if you’re in Merimbula. Convenient location near town and there’s a nice fish and chip shop just across the road. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and I have to say, the shower was the most powerful pressure I’ve experienced in a long time! If you like your showers hot and strong, this is the place to stay. There is a reasonable kitchen setup with a fridge, microwave, toaster etc. but no sink other than the bathroom one. We didn’t get to experience the pool and BBQ area this time, but it would be a nice feature in the summer months.

A fantastic place to stay. Great value, very clean and excellent location in town. We used the pool twice & loved the cabana. Highly recommend

The room was comfortable, balcony was great, until verbally abused by owner screaming at us for smoking. (We were the only ones on the balcony).He was on the ground car park and we were one floor up, and he was yelling at us from below the abuse was so uncalled for, professional conduct towards guests is the up most importance, he could have quite easily came to our room to let us know that this motel does not allow smoking on balcony or ring us, oh no he couldn't ring us no phone in the room!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SMOKER. we were informed smoking area was in driveway no seating, in the weather, ashtray was a empty pot plant. Would have left if we had not paid inadvance.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful Motel which is centrally located in Merimbula close to shops and activities. The room was a nice size and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the shower gel, smelled heavenly. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back in the warmer months and take advantage of the pool

Excellent motel. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean and great value. Right in the middle of town and just 3 mins walk to harbour! We’ll recommend!

I always stay here when visiting Merimbula it’s very central to everything always clean and accommodating we find Tom the manager to always be happy and welcoming the tariff is very reasonable for this accommodation we keep coming back

We have stayed at the Pelican Motor Inn on several occasions but not for about 4 years. Nevertheless it still delivered a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and everything just works. We’ll appointed, comfortable beds and the shower was great. Also close to the shops and the Sapphire Club and RSL. We will look forward to our next visit to Merrimbula.
