My experience when purchasing my new vehicle at Audi Alto Pennant Hills was really great. Personal attention and knowledge of their products assisted in purchase process. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to keep me informed about the tracking of my vehicle until it's final delivery. I am grateful to Craig, John and Lachlan for their assistance in achieving and finalising delivery in record time.

Alto Audi were fantastic to deal with as a remote interstate buyer, they supplied all the information requested.In particular Luca was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble even organising transport from the airport. My bank let me down badly on the day but Luca was patient and found a way for me to be able to drive the car home.I would highly recommend Alto Audi Pennant Hills.By the way the car is also great!!!

I took my TTRS for servicing today. I was offered a 'campaign' software update. At the time, the effect of the software update was not explained to me. As a result of the update I've lost the sports exhaust functionality under Auto and Comfort modes.When I asked the dealership to reverse the update I was informed it was not possible and that further the service officer was unaware of the effect of the 'campaign' software update.I would recommend that you:1. Train your service officers so they know what they are offering.2. Ensure the customer has an opportunity to give informed consent.3. Rectify problems caused by the ignorance and incompetence of your staffA highly dissatisfied customer

I have been coming to the Audi Pennant Hills and their sales and service are pretty good. But I was completely let down by their panel shop.I wanted to share my experience with Peter at Audi Body Shop in Pennant Hills and offer some feedback. After receiving confirmation from my insurance company, I called the shop multiple times and left messages, but no one returned my call. Finally, Peter called me back today, but unfortunately, he sounded aggressive and used some language that was concerning. I didn't feel that he had empathy for my situation and he showed disregard for my time. He didn't apologize for not calling me back, even though I was trying to book a repair. Some of the phrases he used were Why are you calling?"

Last week I had just picked up my first Audi (A5) that I had purchased second hand. Before making the long trip home, there was a minor issue I had to check to ensure everything was going to be OK. Being on a time constraint, I went to the service department and was met by 2 fantastic guys. Shout out to Mark the service manager and James their technician. Absolute legends. They had me sorted out in no time and on my way. Can't thank these 2 guys enough, a pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional and genuinely nice guys. The car is just amazing and got home safely.
