Chris Quinlan's Pools & Outdoor Areas

Noticed illegal use of our property on the following ground.1. Leveling a area of land on the property for work that is being done on the neighbours property2 landfill from other property where the work is carried out has been illegally dumped on our property.

Totally destroyed tiles in many areas of my swimming pool in November. Promised to fix all their mistakes. According to them they have done that. They left in December and haven't seen or heard from them since. Mean while my pool is still unfinished and we have not used it to date.Looks like we have to fix and finish it ourselves.

After deciding to use Chris to build our entire pool project, we have been left frustrated and disappointed along the way. Communication throughout the job was not good, payments were sought before agreed work had been completed (multiple times), the fibreglass pool was not backfilled properly at both ends under pool stairs, limestone pavers were sealed in a cheap sealer- not the recommended product from Amber Tiles. All pavers are now super slippery and are a slip hazard. Multiple rust stains have been left on the pool floor from wire offcuts. Our emails have gone unanswered. For these reasons and more, we can not recommend Chris.
