I did the four week course with Tim and learned so much. Some of my best photos were taken regarding lighting with his expertise. So friendly and helpful and easy to relate to. The course is a good investment as a start to developing your photography future. Just a great bloke with heaps of experience.

Tim (The Photo Coach) is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to photography, not to mention one of the nicest guys on the planet. He is a fantastic teacher and had me understanding my camera inside and out and feeling competent as a photographer in no time. A fun, relaxed atmosphere, plus countless tips and tricks that will stick with you forever. Exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't recommend the four week course any higher. Thanks Tim!!

Tim is a very nice, easy going guy who is also very knowledgeable when it comes to his craft of photography. I have always used the auto setting on my camera and Tim helped me to understand all the basics of my camera settings and how to use them in our 2 hour session. He explained about apeture and shutter settings, use of light, depth, contrast and composition when taking a picture and helped me understand how to take macro shots. We did one hour of basic camera settings and one hour practical out and about taking shots plus a chat on editing photos on my laptop to obtain better depth within photos. I now have a more soilid foundation of knowledge to move from auto to manually setting my camera ...... Thanks Tim :-)

I am a professional photographer working in the industry and recently booked a 1:1 mentoring photography lesson with Tim. I am SO thankful that I did! Tim is absolutely awesome and patiently answered a whole bunch of specific lighting and manual flash related questions for me. Tim makes learning these newer complicated cameras a breeze. He is a great bloke to work with and he is a very professional photographer. Tim is very experienced and runs a course which is casual but informative. He encourages you to look for more interesting compositions, but most importantly for a beginners course, he puts the pressure on a little to quickly change shutter priority, ISO etc so brilliant for getting off automatic. Would do more courses with Tim for sure! Even grew to like the early sunrise times.

I’m in Digital Marketing and I completed a 2 hour photography 1:1 lesson with Tim and I could’t recommend it more. It has honestly been the best investment!Tim is an incredible teacher and explains things so well.
