Having to wait 3weeks (seams standard) for an appointment is not on when it’s something as important as being unable to hear. In protest I was assured of a cancelled appointment sooner due to cancelations - just ‘lip service’.Find another server as Amplaphon does not need your custom.

Cheryl who works usually in Armadale was at the Bentley branch. Went out of her way delivering my mums hearing aid batteries to our house because mum had run out and was desperate. Customer service at the best. Thank you Cheryl. Your the best.

I had my hearing test. KYLIE was really wonderful staff member. Explained everything and she was so hopeful that I do not have to wear hearing aid, and she gave a letter to GP for further tests... never pushed to buy hearing equipments like other places.And it is FREE !!!
