This place is awesome for repair parts to be ordered and arrive the same day or the next day but the service is so poor. There's only 1 person handling the customers (if lucky 2). I waited over an hour watching other staff walking and just glancing, not servicing the customers at all and fixing the wait times. It's nice that they spend lots of time on individual customers to ensure everything is accurate but only one person handling the customers is ridiculous!!!

Just took my cx5 there for a warranty fault they squeezed me in at short notice due to the urgency had the problem diagnosed in no time at all . Unfortunately i couldn't get this service at my local mazda service centre who wanted me to wait another week! I will be doing all my servicing here, thanks

Horrible company with dishonest staff. Tried to get me to pay $320 for a 2 hour job that actually takes 5 minutes and is part of an existing recall program .Do not trust them and do not let people like this near your car.

Highly disappointing... its better to get your service done from another centre. At least you will be getting what you are paying for.Car was hardly cleaned... area near the gear, cup holders... not vacuumed or whipped at all. Foot mats dirty. Hardly any cleaning of interior of the car. Look at the pile of dust/mud at the rear screen next to viper... stains on the front of car still there!!What a service ... MUST SAY! The ones who don’t bother about the aspect of the service which is visible; how much effort would they be putting in for the invisible aspect of service!Wastage of money and highly disappointing!!
