Reception staff and doctor are very friendly and thorough. I see doctor Ali for my toddler on a regular basis and he is one of the best doctors I've seen in years. Doesn't rush through the visit and genuinely cares about patients.

My partner was Waiting over an hour and a half past her apt, sick as anything. Express to staff she feels faint. They say go wait outside. No communication, other than sit and wait. Oh the doctor is running a little behind. Don't think 1.5 hours of my time is running a tad behind. Absolute joke.

Don't waste your time .Poor service, Constant harassment before your appointment to enter your card details for payment before you even see a doctor. Then threatening you that they will cancel your appointment if you don't provide them within fifteen minutes Extremely unprofessional

Qualitas Medical Practice Windaroo
Have only visited a couple times but happy with my experience so far. Staff are polite and helpful. There is an option to do a self check-in which is fairly simple and easy to use, but takes a bit of time with all of the questions that need to be answered.Doctor was only running a few minutes behind, and was very thorough during the appointment. Felt like I was listened to as a patient and not just rushed through quickly which I really appreciate.Location is easy to access and they seem to always have plenty of parking spaces available.
