The worst customer service!!Before I buy the product I asked about it and they gave me wrong information. Went today to get it back and they were very rude when I asked for refund.Go back to school and educate yourself a bit more how to deal with customers!!Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Today I went to buy at this chemist and one of the ladies was very rude, I was trying to explain and understand since my English is not good, she just made a face like I was annoying and I had to finish talking quickly and talked about me, which prevented me from understanding It's enough to feel incapacitated for not understanding 100% for her to do that, she is despicable, horrible and humiliating lady what a pity.

A good pharmacy, doing their bit to help vaccinate people. But why give multiple people the same appointment time & then not keep up with a schedule. Much better service next door in the clinic.

Tried to use pension to get free rat test and I needed to show licence and Medicare card when other chemist u only show pension card.. what a waste of time when government sending them to every house without ID

Go into buy RAPID tests last week, all I had to show was my health care card and got them. Went back in today and they need your drivers license, your health care card. I then said to the lady don’t worry about it, I’ll just pay for them. She then has the nerve to turn around and say I was rude. No you are the one who is rude, I was happy to pay for them as I don’t have the time to sit around for you to get your process correct. Was happy to pay for them with out the bad attitude for the pharmacist.
