IGA Robina Village

Zero stars! Had to leave one to leave my review! To the owners of this store you should shut up shop! What a HUGE disappointment to say the least!!! I will NEVER visit this store again, other locals I know feel the same!! You pride yourselves on selling fresh produce, which is over priced & on its last legs!!!!!! on 2 occasions I got rotten bag of potatoes @ $7 for 2kg bag, I don’t mind paying for the convenience but it was all rotten salvaged 2 only, Christmas Day lunch ruined! Today I went in for just 2 tomatoes….I challenge you to find a firm tomato in your store, i could NOT therefore went straight to Woolworths instead!! Furthermore, there was only one staff member (young person) in the store serving. Do it right or don’t do it at all! You store looks very run down & tired!

Want a dreadful deli/service experience? These guys have you covered.The last two times I've tried to support the deli within the business I have been completely ignored or told we can't sell you what you want because we haven't been trained.Today, it was more important to clean the chicken cooker and prioritise the checkout, over providing service at the deli.To make it worse, the food on display was dry and unappealing.In future I will happily drive past your store to any of the 8 other supermarkets within a 5 minute drive, because I'm not going to give you the chance to ignore me in store ever again.So much for trying to support a small local business.

Great store with nice amirican lollis and drinks

Sadly this place could do with a makeover. It is handy for locals not wanting to travel and extra 5K to the Q Centre but the prices in IGA are steep

I have watched this store deteriorate over a period of 5-7 years. Changed hands many times, each time it appears to be worse than the last. From what use to be a buzzing store with a variety of ethnic treats and specialty items, is now full of empty shelves, constant prices scanning wrong at the register, sloppy young servers and a lack of product. I waited a few months and then gave it another try a week ago only for the fridges to be still empty and served by a kid in his school uniform who when an item scanned wrong, he asked the man how much was it?" and the man replied

Been a regular customer for many years have seen it change hands a few times. Went Saturday a lesson in customer service wouldn’t go astray. I feel that staff get no training in service & it can make or break a business.

Great staff team there, managers are lovely and so are the staff, really good work, keep up the great work team!

Small shops, but great service.
