Fantastic Variety

I enjoy going here, they have wonderful items just a tad bit over priced. There is one constant problem though, I and friends get disrespected when we come from school with our bags on, we are accused of shoplifting, then told to take our bags off and for the store owners to search through them. We always comply and then still are disrespected when the store owners are proven wrong. Please treat us kindly.

I go there pretty frequently they’ve always got what I need. The staff are always kind to me and help me whenever I can’t find something. So I love always going there.

Great staff and great prices. Always stop in when I go to Woodgroves. I've even talked my mum and dad to go there when they're in town

Went there this arvo and the staff member scanned the item incorrectly and charged us more. We noticed it in reciept after paying it. Upon asking for the refund staff member refused to pay the refund and instead offered us store credit. We offered to return the whole item but, still they would not refund us and offered store credit. Staff member said its their policy. Staff member did not accept her mistake and did not even apologise for the issue. Total rip off!! Never going back. Customer service is poor and staff are arrogant. They need more training in managing the reception and in customer service skills.

Great little shop however was there today and purchased items and not all the items were in the bag when I got home but i paid for them and they are on the receipt very disappointed

Poor customer service. Customers are treated as unwanted rubbish in their store. My 3 years old son wanted to buy a toy which i picked and handed over to him while i was still making my final selections. The sales lady blamed my boy for stealing the things twice. Even after i made her clear that i will pay for the toy she kept on shouting at us. My partner told her that we still here we are not walking out. Still she was being rude with us. If i would have an option to give them negative rating i would have done that. Really disappointed and would never go to that shop again. Unnecessarily costly as well. Save your peace of mind and money.

Obviously this store has issues with customers with shopping trollies. Would parents with a pram be treated the same?It is extremely difficult to move through the store, due to clutter. My recent visit, (armed with shopping trolley), met with a grunt of annoyance by staff. Customer being served unneedlingy apologised to me for being in my way. Same customer received from same staff, roll of the eyes look for taking what must have been considered too long to sort out paying for purchase.Staff didn't have to wait for me to pay for my purchase. After service I received and witnessed toward other customer, my selected items, I chose to remain on the counter and leave the store.Poor customer service =loss of sales.

I went there just recently and asked for help and one of the employees there was very rude so much so that i never want to come to that store ever again in my life. Do not waste your time coming to fantastic variety in melton, their service is very bad.

One stop shop!Needed birthday decor, the lovely young ladies were super helpful and ensure I got everything I needed and some more goodies I didn’t know I needed!I highly recommend having a look inside for some good bargains

As I was going into the store the staff member was smoking right in-front of the entrance with a old man! Didn't think to move or smoke somewhere else especially as I had my baby in the pram!!!
