Plasdene Glass-Pak

Very happy with my experience here. I did a relatively small order of 84 jars and lids, there was a fee for a small order, but it was still a fair price in total especially with the customer service. They were very kind to offer sending a free sample and the communications was top notch. On pickup, I could hear some breakages, but they had no issue replacing it in no time. Very organised team.

Worst customer service, was given contact details from their existing client and were so unhelpful on the phone. Would not give any suggestions or info, was told to just look online if I was interested to use them. Terrible service from first phone call, wouldn't recommend using them.

Have been buying jars from Plasdene for more than a decade and never had an issue that wasn't resolved efficiently. Customer service has always been very friendly and helpful. Why would I go anywhere else?

Plasdene has been absolutely amazing. We are a small business supplying a large supermarket chain - nationally, and we need wonderful suppliers like Plasdene so that our production runs smoothly. i have purchased from Plasdene and found them most helpful. However the glass jars I bought had a large percentage of lids that leaked. I though right i must've chosen the wrong packaging so I went back and didn't complain just asked for another type of packaging. They did not stock what I wanted. That's fine. They didn't have the size or type. I said well who is another big company that may be able to help. I was told no they wouldn't give me a name. So Plasdene it wasn't your competitor because you couldn't supply me what I wanted and didn't stock anything close, But as a previous customer I was so disappointed that I will not be buying from you again..You have lost a customer who would have always come to you as a first port of call. Petty unhelpful and really bad business in my opinion. If I cannot help a customer I am certainly happy to help them and guess what they refer to me and they come back again.

Customer service is great. Product range is awesome. Would definitely recommend for any packaging needs!!

Terrible terrible terrible! Not only did they lose my order but then when it had to be reprocessed the customer service was abrupt and rude. Very disappointing especially because I have been an loyal customer. Probably time to look somewhere else....

I visited the showroom looking for sauce bottles. The staff was more than helpful, and assisted me in finding the bottles I wanted. Definitely would purchase their products again

Very fast service, all the team from ordering till pick up from the showroom are very cooperative and efficient.

Very helpful staff & great range. Bought replacement tops for my honey jars. Just a little disappointed that there is an extra fee for small orders.
