Don't bother. The manager is out of control. Incompetent beyond belief. As others have stated there are signs of bulling her staff as they wont do anything without her OK. Tweed Heads is a better option.

The Murwillumbah staff made it very difficult to submit my papers for my RSA - not sure if they are under-trained or motivated by a reluctance to help - either way, each visit was lacking any real service and was extremely unprofessional in attitude.I provided my driver's licence, passport, bank statement, Medicare, bank card, tenancy agreement and was told I STILL couldn't get my RSA simply because Vic Roads left out my middle name.The friendly staff at Tweed South simply checked my info against the government online licence system. I was approved on the spot.

I was warmly greeted, accurately directed and treated very well indeed all with a smile. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, helpful and I can only say that 'my' experience of this morning...was a total pleasure. Many thanx to Susie and Elizabeth for making my transaction so...stress free.

Rock androll put it perfectly, they are MOTIVATED BY A RELUCTANCE TO HELP"They will settle at nothing less than a drop if your blood as proof of identity.I will be making a formal complaint and urge you to do the same. Everyone runs everything by the manager as I think they are scared of her. New friendly staff come and go so fast because I don't think they can out up with customer frustration and venting."

Very rude, the worst!!! I heard stories about the driving structure that I had and she was true to form. Tweed or Ballina, avoid Murwillumbah at all costs.

Couldn't believe how rude and incompetent the thing I dealt with there was today, had to go & ask her off sider what to do !! Dumb @#$%&&, never go there again and they wouldn't care anyway !! DO YRSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO TWEED, very pretty & very helpful ladies there !! Cheers

Do yourself and favour and go to Ballina instead, it’s worth the petrol. These people are unsmiling and looking for ways to hinder your progress. I found the opposite at Ballina - super friendly, helpful and proactive. I walked away after an hour with no result - they could not change my registration as their payment system wouldn’t connect and were just being generally difficult as I tried to convert to a NSW licence

I have to book my DKT here while on a vacation since there are no availability in Sydney. I did arrive few mins late but they still accommodate me and the staff was very helpful and positive all throughout.
