Arrived around 6pm on a weekday and promptly told I had no right to enter the business because it was her home. Then don’t make your home your place of business. After several moments of attempting to coax some cognisance from her, I managed to piece together enough to understand that, contrary to the listed opening hours, they were closed. Considering the owner responds to reviews, it’s not far fetched to assume she knows how to update her business hours on google. Waste of time.EDIT: The reply perfectly evidences the amount of idiocy you’ll have to deal with if you go here. What story? I went to enquire about a potential service, it would’ve been fine if no slots were available. The issue were your terrible manners of shunning away customers and lack of ability to properly run a business. If the business hours were correct, why was the store unmanned when I arrived? Only after waiting several minutes did anyone even come ‘home’.

Very bad experience with this saloon .. firstly owner told me other things and encouraged me for service.... but her staff lady was very rude and not able to satisfied me . I just waste my money and I didn't get any result.

Great Service.. I’ve done my threading and I loved it. I can’t get better service for threading and face wax than Siya. Very professional and well experienced. Highly recommended. My favourite place for perfect brows and face wax…!!

I had a great experience. Siya was so gentle as she threaded my eyebrows, lip and chin. It was also very affordable. I'll be coming back again.

Two very important details, I arrived at 10 am and the place was dirty and disorganized.As a second very important thing, the person who cut my hair, I think she had no idea what she was doing, made me 3 cuts, which I didn't like, I explained many times how I wanted it and he left my hair like this, you can see the photos.... I imagine that nobody wants to go through life like this, right?I finally told her to leave it all to me the same length. I had to go to another hairdresser to get my hair done, thank god I had long hair or just with every attempt it leaves me bald.

Very Unprofessional staff and service, would ask you to remove your shoes outside and make you walk on the dirty floor.Not worth the money, most painful threading I ever had.If you’re looking for professional service, better places out there. Won’t recommend!

Please never come to this place for hairstyling. I wanted to get root touch as i got my hair done from another saloon. I asked the lady and she said she can do it. Instead of doing root touch up she drastically changed the whole colour to black. With brown patches. Then she said sory I don’t know how it happend. She even didn’t know how it happen. She obviously used wrong colour. She was not even refunding my money..i have to literally insist her. Didn’t even fix my hair.Now i have to spend again money to fiz my hair.

Amazing job on my brows! quick, gentle and precise threading :) nice and cosy and affordable, will definitely be getting my brows done here exclusively

Worse experience!!30 minutes facial service costed me $105 not included bleach and no results. The lady left 3 times to thread someone else’s eyebrows during my facial.Not recommend at all!!

Siya's Heaven Hair & Beauty is definitely my go-to-place for eyebrows. The staff is so friendly and ensure you're comfortable before beginning. I am always happy with the outcome. Prices are also very reasonable and the area itself is very calming and beautiful. Would 100% recommend for all!
