Ericka is the best property manager ever at this place. She’s so nice and polite over the phone. Although in her busy schedule she always tries to help her clients. 5 star to this place because of Ericka.

One of the best real estate agents in Noble Park. Had a really great experience dealing with them. Special mention to Elizabeth the property manager who was very friendly and supportive. All my queries and requests were dealt in a very professional manner. I will recommend them to all my family and friends :)

Not good service and not full responsibility property manager never contact on time bond money holding without any reason.about me I am waiting my bond money releasing since 2month if call property manager they said everything fine with property but still not released my bond money yet .

This is the worst realestate company me and my partner have ever had to deal with. They are horrible at communicating with the customer and never gives you any feedback. It has been more than a month since the tenants have ruined our brand new house carpets. And LJ hooker has done absolutely nothing about it other than saying call tomorrow and passing the phone from one person to another.. I will never recommend this horrible unprofessional company. We gave a brand-new house on rent for one year and don't expect damaged carpets to be part of that. The real realestate agent took her dog to the open inspection and left the house in dog paw prints everywhere. Horrible experience..

If you want to be ignored when you have an issue with your place of residence, or Property managers that don't even bother to read their emails, then this is the real estate for you. It the worst rental experience I have ever had. I only wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. How are they even operating at this point. I have had a break in and my back gate is still not fixed. The property manager ,Nina, continuously ignores my calls and emails and then when I speak to her, tries to pretend like she is the victim here, and that this is not her responsibility. Steer clear of this real estate at all costs. I will be moving out at the end of my lease, and unfortunately going through VCAT to get simple repairs done.

Channy ear has been fantastic property manager from word go. She looked after with any issues with immediate attention.I would have given 10 for this agent cant recommend enough.
