Glue Store

Went into the store today with my 1 year old looking for a gift for my brother and I was initially served by Julia who was amazing. She went above the acquired level of customer service and was just lovely. She interacted with my daughter which was so refreshing and helps me as a mother feel more at ease shopping (sometimes it can be difficult or uneasy particularly if my daughter is unsettled). She was engaging, nice and well mannered.Upon paying, there was an issue with a voucher I had (which stated I could use in store) and so she went to get help from her manager, Christian. He came over and told me they’d have problems with these in the past and and that it couldn’t in fact be used in store - to not only his frustration but mine. He was, as like Julia, well mannered and even though he was presenting a potential issue with the voucher redemption, he was sympathetic and understanding. It was refreshing to be in a store, served by people at least half my age and be positively overwhelmed by their calm, mature and respectful approach to the whole situation.In the end the issue was resolved and I left with the purchase I had intended, voucher applied. But the better outcome, was these two wonderful members of staff making my shopping experience a pleasant one. Well done team, you’re a credit to Glue Store, if only all shop assistants were as friendly, welcoming and helpful as you both.

My experiences at this store have always been positive but to the pregnant lady that served me on the 21st of Sunday… by far the rudest person I’ve met. I tried to remain as friendly as I could but she seriously looked like she didn’t want to be there or deal with any customers.I wanted to exchange an item that I bought online that was on sale for a different size/colour and somehow I ended up paying more than I did online. I didn’t notice because I bought other things too. With things like these, I would go back in store and kindly explain the situation but she was so rude and unapproachable that I just didn’t want to.

Great service however, guys, why does the music need to be so loud in the store. When shopping I like music to be low and relaxing. I spend more time in the store that way.

I had an excellent experience at this shore. Sumaya was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! I went in there with my 14 year old daughter and Sumaya greeted us in the most friendliest manner, asked me to take a seat, introduced herself to my daughter and took her around the whole store choosing clothes with her. She was so so helpful and made our shopping experience amazing and the clothes were perfect! Thank you so much Sumaya we will definitely be coming back!

Stellar customer service from “Christian K” ⭐️ at the Highpoint branch by going an extra step to make my in-store exchange smooth and easy. Definitely recommend going there.

The customer service is excellent. The staff go above and beyond to help you find sizes and clothing that make you look and feel awesome. I came in today to attempt to find some jeans as I am quite tall and usually no jeans are long enough. I was helped by 2 lovely ladies who checked the back of the store to find me a pair that would fit me perfectly. The jeans are amazing and saved $70 as they were old stock. I cannot thank the staff enough, always so lovely and attentive.

Massive shout out to Kate for being an absolute darling !! Ended up hanging around the store way longer than intended as she was such a delight & superrrr helpful xx
