Very clean area. Coming from Sydney, I expected the port to smell and have a sense of dirtiness to it, but I was very wrong (it beats Circular Quay ten fold).The area is remarkably well kept.We stopped here on a Royal Carribean cruise liner and had an amazing time here.

Have been here for both concerts and as the cruise ship terminal / market venue. It is incredible to see how it can be transformed for such different requirements.It can be a little cold and breezy at times, so rug up.Plenty of parking options nearby in Evans st.
