Only rating it one star because i couldnt rate it 0. Waited an hour for my script and went up to the counter and told the lady i was leaving. No apology she just waved me off with her hand. Disgusting

The staff is not helpful. When you ask about the scripts , they either don’t know or make you await without telling you. The Dr send them scripts but they were not aware and I had to wait for an hour. The stuff is very rude and they are very unprofessional . I have been to my chemist in Melton and they were very helpful and happy to assist but this hooper crossing one is not good

came in the other and was greeted by a short asian pharmacist. I believe his name was Marshall or Michael, not too sure. He was extremely condescending and rude. Will not comeback here again.

Prices are genuinely cheaper than other places for pretty much all products that I've bought. I usually avoid the crowds and go at 6am or 10 pm and staff are always friendly and helpful. Good range of products and click and collect services have been smooth too

A very large chemist warehouse. I did a click and collect order, I received a notification after only 5 minutes it was ready for pickup. Was insanely fast. Lots of parking, easy to locate. It took the lady about 5 minutes to find my bag though which was quite annoying, I was saying to her it must be large but she continued looking at tiny bags….

Superb miracle! The silent and unresponsive 88994 Chenxing has miraculously found her voice and can now speak.I stumbled upon this epic moment when I visited the shop on the 12th April at 16:01 pm to purchase a face cleanser. When I approached the checkout counter, I was greeted by the enigmatic 88994 Chenxing, who had previously communicated through her icy glares and nonchalant tosses of the product after scanning it without announcing the price. I initially thought she can not speak, but little did I know that she was simply waiting for the perfect moment to reveal her newfound ability to speak. As I anxiously waited for my receipt, Chenxing suddenly sprang to life and bellowed, Receipt？？？" It was as if she had been taken over by a ghost or something. This unexpected outburst left me in a state of bewilderment as I hastily grabbed my receipt and bolted out of the shop. Kudos to Chenxing for finally finding her voice

I gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity.I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service.I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase , I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense.According to them , the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question,I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature.Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don't have customer remorse like I feel now.

To be honest, I don't mean to disparage Asian people, I'm a real serious Asian person. I went to the pharmacy today, and I asked this Asian employee who was wearing a mask, and I asked him one of pharmacy medicine, because the shelves were nothing. and this Asian guy checked the computer for me, and he came back to me and said no more. And then when I went out to pay the bill, I asked handsome blond, blue-eyed local guy, who was really nice, and he said there was more, and he went back and got it for me, and I really, really, really thanked him. I hope the Asian guy with the mask doesn't give Asian people a bad face. Please, I hope he does his duty when he meets customers. And thanks to the handsome guy who helped.

i came in saturday and was served by a girl named ellie or ally she was amazing! went into get a perfume for my mums birthday and she was so helpful at reccomending perfumes, even got one for myself. best customer service in a long time
